and construction tips

Fully assembled kit. Estes engines not incl.

Somewhere in your rocket saturated childhood you discovered the Saturn I, Block II rocket. Perhaps it was a photo in a library book at school or maybe it was the launch scene from the movie “The Reluctant Astronaut.” No matter, you thought it was the coolest rocket ever! With that boilerplate Apollo and LES on top and all of that flame belching out from the turbopump exhaust… drool city!

You waited for the model rocket companies to come out with a Saturn I Block II kit so you could build it… and you waited… and you waited… and you became an old rocket geek… and still you waited… THE WAIT HAS ENDED! And just in time for your mid-life crisis! Dr. Zooch Rockets introduces the ant-scale Saturn I Block II! Now you can buy, build and fly your own Saturn I Block II and not even spend a ton of cash doing it.

This kit, when finished, as per the instructions, stands 14 inches tall and flies like crazy. When not finished per the instructions it stands assorted tallnesses and flies like an earth-seeking dirt javelin (so use the instructions please). The kit includes everything you’ll need to solve your midlife crisis except a red Corvette and a blond 23 year old.

You’ll also get the Dr. Zooch instruction booklet, where Dr. Zooch himself, from the crazy spaceflight cartoon strip “The Program,” guides you through some madcap instructions that are almost more fun than the rocket itself. This kit is part of the line of Dr. Zooch rockets and there are plenty more where this came from.

So you can buy it, build it, crash it and WHO CARES?!, we’ll sell you another one!
